Access parking
The venue confirms it does not have any accessible parking on-site.
Step free access and wheelchairs
The Emerald Theatre offers step‑free access for seats in Row A of the Stalls, suitable for both transferring and non‑transferring wheelchair users.
Additional accessible seating is recommended in Rows AA, A, B, BB, C and D for visitors who need to avoid steps.
Lift

The theatre does not have a lift.

Accessible toilets
The theatre has disabled-access toilets, accessible from step‑free areas.
Assistance dogs

Assistance Dogs are welcome and can be looked after by the theatre staff during the performance if requested in advance or on arrival.
