Access Membership Scheme
The ATG Access Membership Scheme has been carefully designed in partnership with customer focus groups, specialist Access consultants and a number of organisations led by disabled people.
The ATG Access Membership Scheme has been carefully designed in partnership with customer focus groups, specialist Access consultants and a number of organisations led by disabled people.
We want ATG to be as accessible and inclusive as possible, and will make reasonable adjustments to enable and improve your visit. One way we do this is through our Access Membership Scheme, which is free, and open to all Deaf and disabled customers, and those with long-term health conditions.
Access Members can book accessible seats and services online. Joining also helps our staff deliver the best possible standard of service to you.
The Access Membership Scheme means we can better ensure accessible seating, personal assistant tickets and other access provisions are reserved for the customers who need them, and enables us to deliver better customer service for you throughout your experience with us.
Since launching in 2016, we’ve learnt from the experience of our customers and staff, and continually review and update the scheme to provide the best service we can. We welcome any feedback to help us improve our services.
