New Wimbledon Theatre

South West London’s premier theatrical venue, New Wimbledon Theatre has been an iconic landmark in Wimbledon Town Centre since 1910. With a year-round programme of musicals, comedy, family entertainment, dance, drama and of course our legendary annual pantomime, New Wimbledon Theatre is also home to the Studio, where amazing development work from new writers, comedians, directors and producers brings our former ballroom to life. New Wimbledon Theatre plays an active role in our community, with events staged throughout the year in partnership with some of the region’s finest organisations.

By car
The cashless car park on the corner of The Broadway & Russell Road is open 24/7 & costs £1 per 30mins (Mon - Sat) & £2.50 all day (Sun & Bank Holidays). We recommend parking at the Wimbledon Quarter (SW198YE) a few minutes' walk from the theatre.
By train
The theatre is 10 minutes walk from Wimbledon Station (Thameslink, South Western Railways, London Tramlink and District Line) or 15 minutes walk from South Wimbledon (Northern Line).
By bus
Bus routes 57, 93, 131, all stop outside the theatre. 163, 164, 200, 219, and 493 all stop 5-10mins walk away from the venue.
