Production shot

Legally Blonde The Musical will take you from the sorority house to the halls of justice with Broadway's brightest heroine, accompanied of course by her chihuahua, Bruiser. Equal parts hilarious and heart-warming, it tells the story of Elle Woods, a sorority girl who enrols at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend Warner. She discovers how her knowledge of the law can help others and goes on to successfully defend exercise queen Brooke Wyndham in a murder trial. Throughout the show, there are only a few characters who have faith in Elle, but she manages to surprise everyone to defy expectations while staying true to herself.

Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside-down, however, when her boyfriend Warner dumps her so he can start getting serious about his life and attend Harvard Law School. Determined to get him back, Elle uses her charm and intelligence to follow Warner to Harvard. At school, she struggles with peers, professors, Warner and his new girlfriend but with the help of new friends Paulette and Emmett, Elle realises her potential. She sets out to prove herself to the world when she discovers how her knowledge of the law can help others and successfully defends exercise queen Brooke Wyndham in a murder trial. Throughout the show, not many have faith in Elle Woods, but she manages to surprise them, and herself, when she defies expectations while staying true to herself.
