This exclusive free ATG+ event begins with a 15-minute talk exploring the rich history and architectural details of our stage and auditorium. Then, take a seat and take your time, enjoy a 45 minute sketching session capturing the view from an artist’s perspective, no experience is needed but please do bring your own notebook and pencil.
For this session our stage will be set for GLOC presents Rock of Ages, giving you the chance to capture their 1980's Hollywood set, or instead you can focus on sketching Frank Matcham's iconic proscenium arch, the choice is yours!
Please note this event will take place in the grand circle which is only accessible via stairs.
