We welcome participants of all ages and ability, as each exercise is tailored to the group, allowing you to follow along at your own pace. Whether you are looking to tone muscles, improve your posture or just have some time for yourself in a sociable environment, our ballet class offers it all.
Classes run weekly on Monday evenings, 6.30pm – 7.30pm.
