ATG+ Special Venue Tour
Edinburgh Playhouse | Fri 6 Sep 2024
Spend a couple of hours learning more about the Edinburgh Playhouse.
Come and grab a cuppa and a cake to start your day with an exclusive talk from our new Theatre Director Gordon Millar. Gordon joined the Edinburgh Playhouse in January of this year, having come from the Unity Theatre in Liverpool where he was Chief Executive and Artistic Director for five years.
You will then get the chance to have a backstage tour of our theatre. Take a bow on a stage where the world’s greatest artists have performed and hear about the vast artistic history of the Edinburgh Playhouse. Join us as we welcome you backstage to see exactly how the magic of theatre is created behind the big red curtain.
Tours will begin at 11am and 2pm and will last approximately 2 hours.
Please note, our Tours involve stairs and some narrow corridors. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes.
This Tour is a Creative Learning event. Tickets for Creative Learning events are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Exclusive for our ATG+ Members, join us for a morning of Historical exploration of The Bristol Hippodrome.
Enjoy a full length tour which features some of the oldest parts of the building as well as an opportunity to tread the boards on stage!

Join us for this ATG+ Ghost Tour, to find out about Richmond Theatre’s spooky history.
Each Tour will begin at 11am and run for approximately one hour. Please allow a total of 90 minutes to include time for a Q&A.

Join us from 6pm for this exclusive members’ event!
Upon arrival, you’ll pick up a complimentary welcome drink and house programme, before taking your seats for the pop-tastic musical.
After the performance, you’ll join us in the Red Lounge at our Nova Cinema for a post-show Q&A with a member of the production company.
There are a limited number of spaces available at this event, so book early to avoid disappointment!
To attend this event, you must have a valid ticket to the performance of & Juliet at 7.30pm on Tue 11 Mar 2025, alongside a booked complimentary Q&A ticket. Q&A tickets are limited to 4 per person.
