UPDATE – 1 April 2020, 11:30

​Following the closure of Ambassador Theatre Group venues on Monday 16th March, we regret to confirm that we are suspending all performances at our UK venues until Sunday, 26th April 2020.

It is a difficult decision, which we know will impact our employees, partners and companies who have been incredible over the past few weeks. Yet we all agree that the health and safety of our communities is our priority, and we are working alongside industry bodies such as the Society of London Theatre and UK Theatre through these unprecedented times.

We will be emailing all affected ticket holders regarding their booking; as you can imagine we have a large number of orders to process, so please bear with us. We will be working in chronological order, and are currently contacting customers for performances of the week ending 6th April, 2020. If you have made a request via our form this has been received and will be actioned separately to this email schedule. Please rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as we can.

My performance has been cancelled; how can I exchange?

All bookings for cancelled performances will be fully credited or exchanged to a future show of your choice via a voucher, redeemable on ATGtickets.com.

For complete peace of mind, you will be able to exchange again free of charge in the event that further performances are postponed.

To request a full credit voucher for the performance you were unable to attend, please complete request form.

I booked with a group of people and we need to re-book at different times

All bookings for cancelled performances will be fully credited or exchanged to a future show of your choice via a voucher, redeemable on the ATGtickets website.

If you booked as a group, please get in touch with the person that made the booking and ask them to complete the request form.

I took out Ticket Protection but the policy doesn’t cover Covid-19?

Secure My Booking's ticket reimbursement program unfortunately does not cover for epidemic or pandemic.

However, all bookings for cancelled performances will be fully credited or exchanged by ATG to a future performance of your choice via a voucher, redeemable on the ATGtickets website.

To request a full credit voucher for the performance you were unable to attend, please complete the request form.

What happens if I rebook and the venue closes again?

For complete peace of mind, you will be able to exchange again free of charge in the event that further performances are postponed.
