Further to the recent Government announcement confirming the lifting of most legal restrictions from 19 July, we are thrilled to begin reopening our UK venues. Unfortunately, as a result of the ongoing changes to show and tour schedules, some performances after 19 July may still be affected.
Affected customers are being contacted by email with an offer to exchange tickets to a future performance; or a full credit voucher. Vouchers cover the full amount of the original booking, including any fees, and are valid to use as payment on future bookings.
Information regarding rescheduled and postponed performances can be found below.
If you have any other queries, please visit our Help Centre.
As you can imagine, we still have a large number of customers to assist, so we ask that you please bear with us – your continued patience and understanding are very much appreciated at this time.
Please note: if a show is marked as New Date - Pending, this means the show has been postponed and we are in the process of securing a new date so please check back regularly for updates.
