This year-long project aims to give young people the tools, skills and understanding of all aspects of theatre to help them with future careers and interests. In turn our Young Ambassadors will share their ideas and help shape future projects. Workshops will be held on Saturday mornings and school holidays from Apr 2026 – Mar 2027.  Please note this opportunity is in extremely high demand and we will not be able to offer everyone a place on the programme.

Priscilla Queen of the Desert

• 1030-1230 – Welcome back introduction course
• 1300-1700 – Shadowing Pracilla show FOH

Thursday 16^th April 

• 1030-1530 - Drag makeup workshop

First payment due by Friday 17^th April

Macbeth

Thursday 7^th May – additional £8.00 (please speak to CL Producer about tickets)

• 13:15-14:35-  Schools and young person’s education event for Macbeth including post show Q&A with actors.

UNCOVERED: technical demonstration show

Friday 8^th May

• 1030am-11.34am technical demonstration show with Sunny Afternoon. Exploring technical job roles in theatre and how backstage works.

The Bodyguard

• 1030-1230 – Theatre Producer workshop how to work commercially, collaboratively and within the Scottish theatre sector

Directing for stage

Saturday 6^th June

• 1030-1530 Directing workshop for theatre stage craft
