This year's production marks the first tour under the artistic direction of Jamie Carter, ushering in an exciting new era for the company with a programme that fuses classical tradition with bold contemporary voices.

Bringing together four dynamic ballets, Energy in Motion features a mix of classical precision and cutting-edge choreography. At the heart of the programme is Raymonda Suite, a brand-new production of the Petipa classic, created especially for Images Ballet Company by Jamie Carter. The tour also includes three innovative new works:
Marika Brussell's Green Girls - a poetic and though-provoking ballet set to the music of Gavin Bryars. Based in the USA, Brussel is an internationally acclaimed choreography and co-director of Ballet MAR, known for her deeply expressive, narrative-driven works.
A new creation by Julian Nichols - founder and artistic director of Bodies in Action Dance Company (Canada). Nichols' work explores physicality, emotion, and human connection in bold and unexpected ways.
Jamie Carter's Echoes in Glass - a neoclassical ballet set to Ravel's music, will be performed live by pianist Ben Socrates, blending intricate musicality with lyrical movement.
