TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1. This ticket may IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE.

2. Duke of York Theatre, London: Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of six tickets per person.

3. Grand Opera House, York: Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of eight tickets per person.

4. Aylesbury Waterside Theatre: Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of eight tickets per person.

 

TICKET SALES:

Duke of York Theatre, London: Tickets go on general sale at 10:00 local time on Wednesday 23rd March 2022

Grand Opera House, York: Tickets go on general sale at 09:30 local time on Friday 13th May 2022

Aylesbury Waterside Theatre: Tickets go on general sale at 09:30 local time on Friday 24th June 2022

Accessible tickets are available from the venue directly.

 

ANTI-TOUTING MEASURES:

To prevent ticket touting, the name of the ticket purchaser will be highlighted on all digital tickets. This person must attend the event and you may be asked to present photo ID on arrival. 

IF THE ID DOES NOT MATCH, ENTRY MAY BE REFUSED. DO NOT FORGET YOUR PHOTO ID!

 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

Each person wishing to enter the event requires a valid ticket. All tickets are a revocable license.

We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased by businesses, traders, or persons acting on their behalf, who engage in the commercial resale of tickets.

ATG’s full Terms and Conditions will also apply. If there is a conflict between those terms and these Terms of Sales, these Terms of Sale will prevail.

 

WATERSTONES TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Last Updated: 2022-04-28

  • All ATG customers have the opportunity at point of purchase to buy a copy of "A Different Stage" by Gary Barlow. The details of the edition can be found here.
  • Book will be signed, subject to availability.
  • Books ordered by 30th August will be posted to customers, aiming to arrive on publication date. Books ordered subsequently will be posted on a weekly basis thereafter. Please be patient as there may be some unavoidable postal delays.
  • Customers must supply a full valid UK postal address complete with town and postcode at point of purchase. Without a valid postal address you will not receive your book and may still be charged.
  • Customers will also need to provide a full name and email address at point of purchase. This is for the purpose of posting the books.
  • Customer data will be supplied to Waterstones and will only be held and used for the purposes of fulfilling the postage of the books.
  • Queries about the books can be sent to [email protected]. Please allow some time for a response as this inbox can be very busy.
