Pirates is a rollicking romp of a show with hilarious characters, thumping tunes and plenty of laughs. At its centre is a love story mixed in with a boy’s own adventure, some dastardly pirates, idiotic police, a few feminists and the usual sopping wet hero ... and of course plenty of singing and dancing.

Our version will stay loyal to the heart of the original, but reset to the 1930s; we’ll aim to make it funnier, less twee and pacier with a contemporary edge. Venue Access Information

There are two wheelchair spaces at the back of the theatre. It is advisable to book wheelchair spaces in advance.

There is level access to the Box Office, bars and toilets. There is lift access to the Rhoda McGaw Theatre.
We have an infra-red audio enhancement system in the auditorium. Patrons can choose between a headset or a necklace depending on their hearing needs, and these can be booked via the box office in advance.
Guide, hearing and other working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre.
There are accessible toilets on all three levels of the venue.

By car:

The Rhoda McGaw Theatre is part of the Peacocks Centre in central Woking, easily accessible from the M25 (Jct 10,11), M3 (Jct 3) and A3. Undercover parking for 2,500 cars is available in the Peacocks. For details on parking charges visit Woking Council Parking.

By train

Frequent trains from London Waterloo and towns in the surrounding area. Woking BR is five minutes walk away. Train information: 08457 484950 (24 hours) or check your train times on-line via Network Rail.

By bus or coach:
