The MKT Academy’s weekly Adult Ballet class for intermediate level dancers is a great way to keep fit and flexible, whilst having fun and honing your skills at the same time!
Whether you are looking to tone muscles, improve your posture or just have some time for yourself in a sociable environment, this weekly class offers the chance to work on barre and centre exercises, as well as creative rep work.
Classes take place on Tuesday evenings, 7.15pm – 8.15pm and are for intermediate dancers aged 18+. Please note, this is not a beginner level class.
This is an 11-week course with classes on:
