Meet The Dreams – Effie, Lorrell and Deena – three talented young singers in the turbulent 1960s, a revolutionary time in American music history. Join the three friends as they embark upon a musical rollercoaster ride through a world of fame, fortune and the ruthless realities of show business, testing their friendships to the very limit.

Nicole Dennis will play the iconic role of Effie White. Her credits include Dear Evan Hansen, Dreamgirls (West End production) and finalist on ITV’s The Voice in 2019 where she wowed viewers and judges singing And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going with team mentor Jennifer Hudson. Box Office opens at 12:00 and closes 15 minutes after show start. On non performance days, Box Office closes at 4pm.
If there is a performance on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, Box Office will open 2 hours before show start, and close 15 minutes after the show start.
There is a large air-conditioned bar with seating located below the Stalls foyer, two furhter bars in the Circle Foyer and one at the back of the balcony. All stocked with an array of drinks and snacks.
Avoid the queues and be our guest in the Ambassador lounge. Add some sparkle to your night out and enjoy a show with bespoke service.

There has been a theatre on George Street for almost 185 years. The first theatre was built in 1836, and a second in 1886. In 1908, the Dorrill family took over the venue and finally in 1934, the third Theatre opened; the ‘New Theatre’. Stanley Dorrill masterminded the rebuilding of the theatre as we know it today. He commissioned a new building from the well-known theatre architects William and T.R. Milburn of Sunderland. The Milburns developed the decadent art-deco interior with T.P Bennett and Sons, who also designed the Saville Theatre in London.
