Where is the theatre?
The entrance to the theatre is behind King’s Cross Station, on the corner of Goods Way and King’s Boulevard (N1C 4UR). Both King’s Cross Underground and St Pancras International are a short walk from the venue.

Is there a cloakroom?
Unfortunately there is not a cloakroom on site. Audience members will need to keep all belongings with them, and store them under their seat if necessary. For this reason very large bags or suitcases will not be permitted. There is an unattended ‘Buggy Park’, where audience members can leave push-chairs and strollers. Security may occasionally conduct random bag searches; we thank you for your cooperation.

Is the show suitable for small children?
Dinosaur Zoo is recommended for anyone aged three and over, however babes in arms are permitted – you do not need to purchase a ticket for children under the age of 2, although they will be allocated one to ensure that we do not exceed our capacity, so please inform the Box Office when booking. Children under eleven must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

My child will sit on my lap. Do I still need a ticket for them?
Yes. All people wishing to enter the venue must have a ticket, including babes in arms.

What time should I arrive?
The venue and auditorium both open 30 minutes before the performance.

What will happen if I am late for the performance?
Latecomers will be admitted throughout the show. If you wish to leave the auditorium for any reason, staff will assist and readmit you.

What is the theatre like?
The King’s Cross Theatre is a brand new, purpose built venue. The 1000-seat auditorium is exactly like a normal indoor theatre, with comfortable padded seats. Seats are allocated, and will be on one of two platforms on either side of the stage. The theatre is temperature controlled; it will be heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer.

Will there be bars, cafes and shops?
King’s Cross Theatre has a bar with a full range of drinks, including a wide range of soft drinks, teas and coffee. We also have a wide range of snacks available. Drinks and snacks may be taken into the auditorium, but glass and cans are not permitted.

How long is the show?
The running time is approximately 50 minutes long, with a 15 minute ‘meat and greet’ in the foyer after the show.

Can I take photographs or video inside the theatre?
Photography and filming are permitted in the auditorium, but the best opportunity for photos will be at the ‘meat and greet’ in the foyer, after the show.

Where can I park?
The nearest car park (which has spaces available for Blue Badge) holders is at St Pancras International, Pancras Road, N1C 4QP (access from Euston Rd, as Pancras Road is one way). For more information please call 0845 241 8215 or visit www.stpancras.com/maps/parking - or check our website for other car parks in the area.

Where can I buy or pick up tickets on site?
There is an on-site box office where you can buy or collect tickets. You can also buy tickets by calling 0844 871 7604

Is there disabled access?
All of the on-site facilities at King’s Cross Theatre are fully accessible, and we have fully trained staff available to offer any additional assistance. If think you might need any assistance, please let us know when you book your tickets, or when you arrive at the theatre.  Customers are very welcome to take their assistance dogs into the auditorium, however we advise that due to the many special effects, including very loud sound effects, it may be preferable for staff to look after them in the foyer, and bring them to customers on request. Please enquire when booking if you would like our full access guide.

Do you have a hearing assistance device?
There is an audio induction (loop) system, which works in all areas off the auditorium. This will provide an amplified feed to those who have a ‘t’ setting on their hearing aid.
