Cilla The Musical is the spectacular and heart-warming musical adaptation of the critically acclaimed hit ITV television series.

It tells the extraordinary story of the ordinary girl from Liverpool whose teenage dreams of stardom lead her to becoming one of Britain’s best-loved entertainers of all time.

The musical score is the ultimate soundtrack to the 60’s including Cilla’s greatest hits Anyone Who Had a Heart, Alfie and Something Tells Me.

On show nights, the Box Office will remain open until 15 minutes after the show stars. On Sundays and Bank Holidays, if there is a performance, the Box Office will open 2 hours before the show stars, and close 15 minutes after the show starts.

In 1866, Liverpool Empire began its life as The Prince of Wales Theatre and Opera House and was run by gas light and steam power. The name changed to what it is today in 1895, so has had its name for over 100 years. It went through many refurbishments, before being bought by ATG and the theatre now stands about a quarter size bigger than it originally stood.
