Join us at the Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story pre-show drinks reception on Tuesday 21 March, exclusively for ATG TheatreCard holders and their guests.
From 6.30pm: Arrive at Grand Opera House York, Ambassador Lounge for a complimentary welcome drink, savoury snack and house programme. The Grand Opera House team will be around to tell you all about the venue, the up-coming shows and plans.
7.30pm: Buddy – The Buddy Holly Show starts. Enjoy the show.
Show interval: Return to The Ambassador Lounge to receive your complimentary ice cream. The lounge will also be open for you to buy drinks and snacks.
How to book:
Tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis so don’t miss out. Max 4 per member for the pre-show reception. Thank you for your continued support to Ambassador Theatre Group.
You will need to be logged into your ATG Members Account to access the members tickets as well as book onto the members VIP pre-show drinks reception. Members pre-show drinks reception ticket only valid with a show ticket for the Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story performance on Tuesday 21 March, 7.30pm. Each ticket entitles the customer to a complimentary drink, one savoury snack and one ice cream.

Not originally intended to be a theatre, the buildings that comprise the Grand Opera House York officially opened in 1902 with Little Red Riding Hood starring Florrie Ford. Since then it has been owned by FJ Butterworth, the Shepherd of Shambles and the India Pru Co. Ltd who spent £4,000,000 restoring the theatre to its former glory in 1987.
