Mon - Fri 12:00 - 15 mins after the final performance commences, Sat 10:00 – 15 mins after the final performance commences, on no show days 1 hour before curtain up on morning performances, and 2 hours before curtain up on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
The Box Office is situated in the main foyer of the theatre and remains open until 15 minutes after the performance commences. On performance days, the Box Office opens on Saturdays at 12:00 and two hours prior to show time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The theatre cloakroom is located in the Stalls foyer; items can be stored in the cloakroom for £1. ATG Theatre Card members have free use of the cloakroom.
