Every Monday at 12pm (midday), exclusive £15 stalls tickets are released for the following week’s performances of Cyrano de Bergerac.

These seats can be booked if you (and your theatre companions) are:

  • under 30 years of age; or
  • a key worker (including NHS employees, emergency services, teachers, social workers and those involved in food production, processing, distribution, sale and delivery) ; or
  • currently receiving government benefits (including Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance)

  • How many #CyranoRush tickets are released every Monday, and which performances can I book?
  • 320 tickets go onsale every Monday, for the following week’s performances (for example: on 31st January, tickets for performances w/c 7th Feb will be released).
  • I can’t find these seats – where are they?
  • The £15 seats are only discoverable via the booking button above. Please ensure you select the right performances (the £15 stalls seats are released every Monday for the following week’s performances). On the seat map, look for the stalls seats that contain a star symbol.
  • Who is eligible to book #CyranoRush tickets?
  • These £15 stalls seats are available exclusively to under-30’s, key workers and those who receive government benefits – as part of the Jamie Lloyd Company’s commitment to audience development.
    Valid ID will be required upon arrival, so please only purchase these seats if you are eligible.
  • How many tickets can I book?
  • Those who successfully make it through the queue can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets across the run.
  • If I book multiple tickets, does everyone need to be eligible and have valid ID?
  • If your age makes you eligible (ie. you are under 30), you will need to attend with people who are also under 30 and also have valid ID. If you are a key worker or receiving JSA or benefits, your companion will not need to show any ID of their own.
  • I am not eligible to purchase #CyranoRush tickets. Are there other ways to buy tickets at a similar price?
  • An additional 98 tickets per performance are priced at £30 or under. Many of these have now sold, but check availability (particularly in the Balcony level) to purchase remaining seats at prices which start at £15. The £15 #CyranoRush initiative (ring-fenced stalls seats at this price) is part of a specific commitment to audience development.
