Your chance to star in this year's panto at the New Victoria Theatre

Oh yes it is! It's that time of year again when the wonders of Panto come to Woking! The New Victoria Theatre, Woking is proud to present the rags to riches tale of a young man and his cat, with the fantastic production of the classic pantomime Dick Whittington from Friday 7 December 2012 - Sunday 6 January 2013.

Open auditions are being held to find the stars of the Juvenile Chorus for this year’s spectacular panto production of Dick Whittington.  

All you need to do is come to the open auditions which are being held on Sunday 30 September at Woking Leisure Centre from 10am – 2pm and we are looking for children between the ages of 6 and 16.

There is no need to sign up or fill anything in, simply turn up on Sunday 30 September for your chance to star in the show!

Britain’s Got Talent winners, Ashleigh and Pudsey – the talented duo, currently taking the world by storm will be making their theatrical debut this Christmas at Woking with Ashleigh starring as Alice Fitzwarren with Pudsey at her side. Stephen Mulhern, TV presenter, entertainer and magician extraordinaire is firmly established as one of the most popular young presenters in the business stars as Idle Jack. Panto favourite Eric Potts will be donning his glad rags as Sarah the Cook and West End star Michael Pickering will be our adventurous Dick Whittington.

Last at the New Victoria Theatre in 1995, this fantastic new production of Dick Whittington features all the traditional pantomime ingredients; sensational songs, a live band, magic, dazzling dance routines, magnificent slapstick comedy and bags of audience participation – Dick Whittington is guaranteed to be full of wonder to delight audiences of all ages!
