Due to the intimacy of this production, all visitors to the Kit Kat Club over the age of 18 must demonstrate documentation of a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test – including those who are fully vaccinated.
Please present your status by providing:
Documentation to prove a negative PCR/ LF test has been taken within the 48 hours prior to attendance
Record your test result on the NHS Self-Report Tool. Bring your confirmation text or email with you to the venue.
Attendees under the age of 18 must provide verbal confirmation that they have not tested positive nor are currently suffering from symptoms of COVID-19; from their parent, guardian or the individual themselves if they are aged 16 or 17.
Your eTickets will be emailed within two weeks of the show. You can display them on your phone or print them out. Please ensure the barcode is clearly readable upon arrival at the theatre for contactless entry.

If you or any of your party feels unwell or need to self-isolate, you can request to exchange your tickets free of charge. If no alternative performance is available, you can opt for a credit voucher. If you test COVID positive in the days after seeing the show, please ensure you enter your result in the national NHS app or call 119.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the theatre. Sanitiser can also be found at designated points throughout the building.
Our venues are professionally cleaned daily and our teams continually clean common contact surfaces throughout the day.
You may be required to wear a face covering in our venue, please bring one with you.
We have gone cash free. We accept all major credit / debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We have also increased our contactless limit to £45.
