Daniel Stockton studied professional acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts from 1993-1994. From 1996 to 2001 he performed in Cameron Mackintosh’s Les Miserables, followed by a part in the National Theatre’s 2002 production of South Pacific, directed by Trevor Nunn. After a part in the televised Royal Command Concert of Les Miserables (2004) and the role of Jamie in My Fair Lady (2008), he took to pantomime, playing the Cowardly Lion in The Wizard of Oz and appearing in Aladdin in 2009. Returning to the music of Les Miserables in 2010 with a performance in honour of its 25th Anniversary at the O2 Arena, he has most recently taken the part of Joey in the UK/Irish tour of Sister Act the Musical.
