Today’s severe weather conditions may have an adverse effect on the efficient running of our business, but we will do everything we can to minimise disruption and ensure the continued operation of our theatres. In extreme circumstances and as a last resort, some venues may have no other option but to close. In the event of this happening and ATG having to cancel a performance, we will endeavour to contact customers by whatever means possible and in the first instance, exchange tickets for another performance. If no alternative arrangement can be reached then a refund will be offered. We strongly recommend that customers regularly check this page for venue updates and announcements.
