Box Office Opening Hours (until 16 Dec 14)
The box office will continue to be located in the existing foyer on Hope Street for ticket sales and collection and will open 90 mins in advance of performance start times. If you are collecting tickets, please try to arrive at the theatre in good time. We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to curtain up to avoid queuing immediately prior to the performance. Tickets can also be collected from the King’s Theatre box office (297 Bath Street) between 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Box Office Opening Hours (From 16 Dec 2014)
10am - 6pm, Mon - Sat (8pm on performance nights). Counter sales for the evening performance only and no advance sales after 6pm.
The below applies to performances until 16 December 2014
Access To Auditorium
Entry to all levels of the auditorium can be accessed via the existing foyer on Hope Street.
Access to upper levels
Please note that the lifts in the new foyers will not be in use until December, so access to all upper levels is via stairs only. If you have any concerns that this means that you are not able to access the seat you have booked, please contact the box office immediately on 0844 871 7602.
The stairs to the Upper Circle have been removed to enable the joining of the old and new buildings, so access to the Upper Circle will be via the Dress Circle stairs. This will be clearly sign-posted. There is no increase in the number of steps to reach your seat, but Upper Circle ticket-holders may wish to arrive a little earlier as the route to your seat will be unfamiliar.
Please note that until December customers cannot be dropped off outside the main doors of the theatre.
Unfortunately, there will be no toilets at Balcony or Upper Circle levels, but temporary toilet facilities will be provided back down on Hope Street.
