Grandpa in my Pocket comes to the stage for the first time!

A whole new Grandpa theatre experience for young fans of the hugely popular CBeebies television series.

Sunnysands Pirate, Horatio Heave Ho takes Jason and Jemima on a pirate adventure in search of treasure. But when things go wrong, it’s time for Grandpa to put on his Shrinking Cap and save the day. It’s Teamwork!

A brand new story told by a young ensemble cast who bring all your favourite Sunnysands characters and places to life before your eyes. Imaginative and highly theatrical, children will fall in love with Grandpa in my Pocket all over again.

A booking fee of £1.90 is included in the price of each ticket.

In addition, all bookings made through ATG Tickets for this venue are subject to a £2.85 Transaction fee.

Venue Access Information

The Stalls, Stalls Bar and an adapted toilet are accessible to wheelchair users.
An induction loop is fully installed in the auditorium. There are a limited number of headsets for the infra-red hearing system which should be booked in advance at the Box Office. Headsets are available from the kiosk in the foyer on payment of a returnable deposit (£5).
Hearing dogs and guide dogs are welcome in the theatre. Please inform the Box Office at the time of making your booking.
There is an adapted toilet on the Stalls level.

Please make your requirements known at the time of booking.
There is a bar on each level of the theatre.
The Norman Fenner Room is available for private hire.
There is no cloakroom available at this venue.
