Panto returns to the Liverpool Empire in 2012 from First Family Entertainment with an all-star cast! With a wave of her magic wand, queen of daytime TV Coleen Nolan will be bringing Christmas Magic to Liverpool as The Fairy Godmother. Our very own Cinderella, former Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon, is returning to her native city to play the lead role. Of course, Cinderella wouldn't be the same without those Ugly Sisters so, donning the frocks and the lippy are Radio City's Pete Price and actress/comedienne Pauline Daniels!

Poor Cinderella has been forced to become a servant for her Ugly Sisters. With the help of her loyal best friend Buttons and her magical Fairy Godmother can Cinderella get to the ball and meet the handsome Prince? Accept your invitation to find out!

Venue Access Information

There are sixteen wheelchair spaces available in the auditorium. 12 in the stalls and 4 in the circle. There is lift access to all levels of the theatre. All areas of the Theatres are accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. There is level access from Lime Street, through into the foyer, with level access into the auditorium at both sides of the stalls. The building features wide doors, and additional toilet facilities for disabled people. One front of house lift provides access to the circle and one lift provides access to the stalls bar toilets, with appropriate seating positions available on all levels.
Liverpool Empire Theatre is equipped with an infrared sound amplification system. To access the infrared system please request receiving equipment from a member of the Front of House team who will provide you with an induction loop necklace.

Induction Loop Necklace
Suitable for persons wearing a hearing aid, the induction loop necklace is worn around the neck. Whilst wearing the necklace, switch your hearing aid to the 'T' setting and the sound is amplified. The necklace has an adjustable volume control.

There are a number of British Sign Language Interpreted performances every season. A signer will be sited at the side of the stage. Guide, hearing and other working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre.
There are public toilet facilities on all levels of the theatre. There are separate, fully accessible, male and female facilities on the ground and first floors. Backstage there are accessible facilities. There is an emergency call-point in all accessible facilities, should you need to call for a member of staff.

Baby changing facilities are located in fully accessible toilets. Please ask a member of the Front of House team if you require assistance.
