Vote for a theatre that you think deserves STAR’s Outstanding Customer Service Award!

STAR is once again sponsoring the Outstanding Customer Service Award at the Society of Box Office Managers (SOBOM) Awards at the end of March 2014.

This is the only SOBOM award where nominations are made by the ticket-buying public. Nominations for excellent customer service at theatres can be made here. The closing date for nominations is midday on Thursday 27 March. The Awards ceremony will take place at Planet Hollywood in Haymarket, London on the evening of Monday 31 March.

STAR is also running Facebook and Twitter campaigns with some fantastic prizes, generously donated by some of our members, to be won by the public.

The 2012 was won jointly by TKTS in Leicester Square together with the Open Air Theatre in Regent's Park and the 2013 award was won by TKTS who said:

'We are immensely proud that the care and attention we put into everything we do here at the TKTS Booth in Leicester Square has been recognised in this way. Winning 2 years in a row reassures us that our service is the best it can be and that our customers appreciate the service we offer here at TKTS'
