Britain’s Got Talent winners, Ashleigh and Pudsey, will make their theatrical debut in the spectacular family pantomime Dick Whittington at the New Victoria Theatre, Woking this Christmas.
Ashleigh plays Dick’s love interest Alice Fitzwarren, with Pudsey at her side. The talented duo, hailed by Simon Cowell as one of his 'favourite ever acts' are sure to delight the audiences with their amazing routines.
Joining Ashleigh and Pudsey is TV presenter, entertainer and magician Stephen Mulhern as Idle Jack. Stephen is firmly established as one of the most popular young presenters in the business. He is best known for his hit television shows including ITV1’s Saturday morning show Holly & Stephen’s Saturday Showdown, Tricky, Fingertips, Globo Loco, the BAFTA award winning Quick Trick Show and Ministry of Mayhem. Aside from Saturday morning children’s TV he has gone on to host Animals Do the Funniest Things, Dancing on Ice-Defrosted and Britain’s Got More Talent. Being one of the best pantomime performers in the country, the New Victoria Theatre is very proud to have Stephen in this year's pantomime and he can't wait to entertain you!
Ashleigh: 'We are so excited to be performing in our first pantomime. Drama and dance have been a big part of my life for many years and my Grandma has taken us to the pantomime every Christmas for as long as I can remember, being part of this pantomime is a very exciting prospect and I can’t wait to take to the stage with Pudsey.'
Pudsey: 'Woof, woof, woof!'
Calum Kemp, General Manager: 'We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming the sensational duo Ashleigh and Pudsey and entertainer and magician Stephen Mulhern to the New Victoria Theatre in a brand new title Dick Wittington. Celebrating our 20th Anniversary year it seems very fitting to end the year on such a high with this year’s casting and look forward to inviting everyone to join in the fun with us!'
