Helen & Douglas House has made the decision to merge the music night of their annual show Childish Things, in with the two comedy nights on February 5 and 6.
Over nine years Childish Things has built its reputation through stand-up comedy and has become hugely popular for people wanting a great night out, with the added bonus of supporting a local charity. In 2012 a music night was introduced for the first time. This year our audience has indicated that they would prefer not to make the choice between music and comedy, and the charity has listened.
Those people who have already bought tickets for the Monday music night will be offered tickets for the Tuesday or Wednesday night, or a refund through the New Theatre box office The New Theatre will contact those customers who have already purchased tickets within 3 – 5 working days.
The new line ups are as follows:
Tuesday 5 Feb.
Rob Brydon; Newton Faulkner; Josh Widdicombe; Hal Cruttenden; Tony Law; Holly Walsh; Tom Bell; Out of the Blue; Bug Prentice with Ally Craig; Charlotte Myerson and Stornoway
Wednesday 6 February
Marcus Brigstocke; David Armand; Charlie Baker; Hal Cruttenden; Steve Shanyaski; Paul Foot; Sara Pascoe; Out of the Blue; Ally Craig
Tickets for Childish Things (5 and 6 February) start at £25 and are available at the New Theatre Box Office or online at www.atgtickets.com
