The girls are back! Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph, the three leading ladies of BBC TVs most popular and fondly remembered sitcom, Birds of a Feather, come together to star in an all new stage production of the iconic show at the New Victoria Theatre, Woking from Mon 26 – Sat 31 March.

Birds of a Feather ran for nearly 10 years throughout the 1990s and chronicled the misadventures of the original Essex girl’s, sisters Sharon Theodopolopoudos and Tracy Stubbs (Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson) and their man-eating neighbour Dorien Green (Lesley Joseph). With three strong female characters as the leads, Birds of a Feather was one of the first of its kind and went on to become a massive hit with up to 27 million viewers – firmly placing itself in the classic comedy hall of fame.

With a brand new script written by the original writers of the TV series, the stage show is set in the present day – allowing audiences to catch up with all that has happened with the ladies of Essex. Also starring in the show and keeping it in the family as Tracy Stubbs’ teenage son are Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson’s real life sons, Charlie and Louis, who will be alternating the role during the tour.

Becoming household names due to the shows success, Pauline Quirke is well known for her portrayal of Olive Martin in the award winning drama The Sculptress, Down to Earth, Cold Blood and Missing and can be currently seen in ITV1’s Emmerdale as Hazel Rhodes. In 2008, Pauline celebrated 40 years in the entertainment business and launched the hugely successful Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts, with over 30 academies across the UK. Both Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph have performed in The Vagina Monologues. A regular guest panelist on ITV1’s Loose Women, Linda’s theatre credits also include Grumpy Old Women Live. Lesley’s theatre credits also include Calendar Girls, Hot Flush, Humble Boy and Annie. Don’t miss your chance to see Pauline, Linda and Lesley recreate their adored characters for this very limited tour and book your tickets before they fly the nest!
