Following a five month closure and complete refurbishment, The Ivy restaurant and private room re-opened 1 June. Martin Brudnizki Design Studio has been employed to bring the restaurant, bar and private room firmly into the 21st century, whilst retaining the essence of what has made The Ivy such a special place for so long. In the kitchen, Executive Chef Gary Lee remains at the helm, and has created a new menu that comprises recognisable Ivy staples alongside modern dishes with international influences. Front of House, Director of The Ivy Fernando Peire will lead a strong and experienced team to deliver the same, excellent service for which The Ivy has become well known over the years.
