With the magical Christmas season ahead, the King’s Theatre and Theatre Royal are looking for experienced, enthusiastic team players to join our bar team. You’ll be joining us for the legendary King’s Theatre Panto and the smash hit musical Mamma Mia at the Theatre Royal as well as other shows over the lead up to and post-Christmas. Our bar team play a crucial role in providing our customers with a truly magical experience.

Main responsibilities:

Your main responsibility will be to make sure our customers are served in a friendly and efficient manner at the bars and through our innovative delivery-at-your-seat concept Ordertorium. You’ll be responsible for preparing and running the bar during shows, serving customers at a fast and accurate pace, keeping the bar clean and tidy and completing an accurate stock count.

You will be required to demonstrate first class face to face selling skills both in bar service and Ordertorium sales.

Your profile:

  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Previous bar experience
  • Enthusiastic personality and team player
  • Organised and attentive way of working
  • Flexible availability over the months November, December and January
  • Aged 18 or over, as the role involves the sale and service of alcohol

Successful candidates must be available for two inductions prior to commencing employment. The inductions will last approx. 3.5 - 4 hours and will be held on Thursday 2nd November and Monday 6th November 2017
