In winter 2017, we will be launching a newly built, newly designed VIP hospitality area, incorporating our hugely successful Ambassador Lounge and a new Ambassador Room for groups. To ensure these spaces offer the very height of luxury, style and service, we are recruiting a team of people to provide first class service, delivering bespoke packages tailored to the requirements of the client.

As you will be the face of this new and exciting development for ATG’s customer service offering, to be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate an understanding and embodiment of the ATG’s values:

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the operations of the Ambassador Rooms
  • Providing outstanding customer service through a fast paced and exciting environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Going above and beyond in accomodating the customers needs
  • Working cohesively within a team to ensure patron satisfaction and delight
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Adhering to correct money and stock handling procedures
  • Complying with Health and Safety, and Food Hygeine rules and regulations
  • To adhere to all rules and regulations in order to comply with the licensing regulations
  • To attend training courses as required in order to further professional development.
  • To complete any other delegated duty that assists the Company to achieve its business objectives
