Panto is just around the corner and at the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre we cannot wait to welcome our stellar cast to the stage, with this year’s panto set to be our most successful to date!

The magic doesn’t begin and end on the stage either. All our teams are instrumental in the success of this magical season and if you have a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Main Purpose We are looking to recruit a dynamic Merchandise Sales Team, to drive sales and to ensure and maintain the very highest standards of presentation and displays throughout the venue. As part of the Merchandise team you will use your creativity to make visually enticing displays in order to maximise panto merchandise sales. The Merchandise Team will also keep up-to-date records for breakages and help to conduct a weekly merchandise stock audit in order for us to keep accurate sales records. All successful candidates will adhere to the company’s cash handling and stock monitoring procedures.

Key Responsibilities We are looking for confident and enthusiastic people with a pro-active approach to selling, a head for numbers and an eye for detail. You must be able to keep calm under pressure and have a professional attitude during busy performance incomings and intervals, whilst striving to set and implement impressive standards of customer service. 

Candidates must be aged 18+years as the role can include bar work.
