Panto is just around the corner at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre and we cannot wait to welcome our stellar cast to the stage! The magic of the Christmas season doesn’t begin and end on the stage either. All of our teams are instrumental in the success of this magical season. If you have a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated, confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Experience Team. We would like staff to specialise in all areas of the Front of House operation including but not limited to merchandising, bar service and working on the company’s ‘Ambassador Experience’ concepts such as hosting in our premium Ambassador Lounge or selling up a storm with our innovative in-seat order service Ordertorium. You will ensure that the presentation and cleanliness of all Front of House selling points are of the highest possible standard. You will also be required to provide information and directions to audience memebers requiring assistance during performance times and adhere to the company’s cash handling and stock monitoring procedures.



Essential Qualities:

We are looking for confident, energetic and enthusiastic people who are able to engage with both children and adults to ensure our customers receive the best possible service to enhance their Christmas celebrations. We are seeking team players who are determined to hit and smash sales targets. You must be able to keep calm under pressure and have a professional attitude during busy performance incomings and intervals. As this role will involve bar work candidates must be aged 18 years and over.
