Are you looking to work in the heart of 'Theatreland', at one of the West End's most intimate and beloved venues?  If so, then the Fortune Theatre is the place for you!  Just a stone's throw from Covent Garden, we are home to the popular and successful "Woman In Black", which has been running for over 25 years. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service driven person to join our Front of House Team.  You will be required to work on a Friday evening, and both shows on a Saturday, our busiest and most exciting times, plus optional shifts throughout the week.  You should be motivated by delivering exceptional service and driving sales.  This integral position requires a reliable, adaptable individual who is naturally personable and who will positively promote the reputation of the venue and its productions. Key Responsibilities

To provide positive and attentive assistance to all customers, in order to offer an exceptional standard of customer service and create a truly welcoming environment.

To help drive sales, understand and contribute to targets by gaining product knowledge and using effective selling techniques.

To adhere to all health and safety procedures in order to minimise the risk of injury and accidents, including maintaining the cleanliness of all front of house and staff areas.

To ensure all cash handling procedures are strictly adhered to.

To be vigilant at all times to protect welfare and security of yourself, colleagues and all customers.

To uphold the visions and values of ATG and help spread our company's vision to the staff, customers and throughout venue.

To keep a high and consistent standard of appearance ensuring that the theatre's image is always maintained.

To complete any other delegated task that may assist the department in achieving its business objectives.

We are looking for staff to cover regular weekend shifts in particular. This role involves working evenings, weekend and public holidays.
