We are looking for individuals to join our Front of House team at an exciting time as we continue to maintain our reputation for providing world class theatre. This season we welcome productions of Funny Girl, Mamma Mia!, Sister Act, Grease and Russell Brand as we continue making theatre magic! But the magic doesn't begin and end on the stage. Our Front of House Team are instrumental in providing our customers with a theatre experience they won't forget. If you have a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated and out-going people to join our Front of House team. We would like staff to specialise in different areas of Front of House operations, such as acting as a Host in our premium Ambassador Lounge. You will ensure the presentation and cleanliness of all Front of House points including bars are of the highest possible standard. You will also be required to provide information and directions to audience memebers requiring assistance during performance times, and adhere to the company's cash handling and stock monitoring procedures.
We are looking for confident, energetic and enthusiastic people who are able to engage with both children and adults to ensure our customers receive the best possible service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You must be able to keep calm under pressure and have a professional attitude during busy incomings and intervals.
This is a casual/zero hours role. Shifts available will include evenings and weekends and will be at both our Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall venues.
