Login to the site.
Click on 'My Account' (on the top right hand side of the screen).
This will take you to your ‘My Account’
home page, which should look something like this:
One you have logged into your account you can do the following:
The quickest way to check or to print your booking confirmation is online. Please follow the steps below. However, if you have booked for The Lion King or Wicked in London, please call 0844 871 7615.
At the bottom of your ‘My Account’ homepage, there is a list of your 5 most ‘Recent Transactions’ listed by the order of the date you made your purchase. Select the red link ‘Details’ for the order you wish to check or print. This will take you to a confirmation page detailing all the purchases you have made on that date.
Please click on the order number relating to the purchase you have made.
Please Note: if you purchased tickets for more than one show in one booking, only one of the show’s details will appear in the summary under ‘First Series Name’, though all your ticket purchase information will be listed in the ‘Order Summary’ that appears when you click the appropriate order number. Please see below for an example printable ‘Order Summary’:
Click ‘view a printer-friendly invoice’. Once you’ve found your ‘Order Summary’ please follow steps above then select ‘File’ in the top left hand corner of the screen and ‘Print’.
Remember that the 'My Account' system is not affiliated with events at the Lyceum Theatre and Apollo Victoria, so if you have booked shows at these venues those bookings will not show on your online account. To check your details for these shows please check your confirmation email or call us on 0844 871 7627.
If you have made a booking online and you can’t see any seats saved in your account for shows at venues excluding the Lyceum and Apollo Victoria, it is probably best to ring up on 0844 871 7627 before making any more purchases.

Select ‘Account Information’ from the
menu on the left:
Beside ‘Addresses’ there is an option
to 'Add Address' – select this.
Here you can create a new address. Make sure to include your house name/number and a full postcode.

Under Contacts select ‘Edit Contact’:
This will take you to the page where you can make changes to your Name, Phone number, Email Address and where you can choose your main delivery address.
