Disco Pigs in Traf 2


Casting was announced last week for the 20th anniversary production of Enda Walsh's ground-breaking play Disco Pigs, opening at Trafalgar Studios this July.


Evanna Lynch, best known for her performance of the whimsical Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films will star alongside Colin Campbell (Dublin by Lamplight, Through A Glass Darkly).


Disco Pigs invites us into the unique world of Pig and Runt, a pair born on the same day, in the same place who are inseparable until their seventeenth birthday when their world is sent spinning dangerously out of control. The play erupted at the Edinburgh Fringe back in 1997 winning both the George Devine Award and the Stewart Parker Award.

We Think They're Gonna Like It Here


Last week the full cast was announced for Annie, opening at the Piccadilly Theatre next month! Joining Miranda Hart as Miss Hannigan will be Alex Bourne (Mamma Mia!) as Daddy Warbucks, Holly Dale Spencer (Sweet Charity) as Grace Farrell, Jonny Fines (Grease) as Rooster and Djalenga Scott (Grease) as Lily.


Madeleine Haynes, Lola Moxom and Ruby Stokes, will share the title role, and will be joined by 4 year old Labradoodle Amber, as Annie's beloved dog Sandy.

They're creepy, kooky and coming to a place near you!


Edinburgh got all kinds of kooky last week as the national tour of The Addams Family opened. Featuring a star studded cast including Samantha Womack, Carrie Hope Fletcher and Les Dennis, the musical comedy has opened to rave reviews.


The show tells the story of all grown up Wednesday Addams (Fletcher), as she introduces her respectable new boyfriend (Oliver Ormson, The Book of Mormon) to her unique, unconventional family. Will their make it through a freaky family dinner in one piece?

From Russia with Love


Moscow's internationally renowned, critically acclaimed Sovremennik Theatre Company returns to the West End for one week only with a triple bill, Three Comrades, Two For the Seesaw and Three Sisters.  


The season is directed by Galina Volchek, one of Russia's greatest theatre practitioners, and all shows will be performed in Russian with English surtitles. Sovremennik Theatre are known around the worls for their work, including intense psychological dramas, bold and daring adaptations of classic and contemporary plays.

Angels on Southbank


The eagerly anticipated Angels in America opens this Thursday at the National Theatre.


Andrew Garfield (Prior Walter), Denise Gough (Harper Pitt), Nathan Lane (Roy Cohn) James McArdle (Louis Ironson) and Russell Tovey (Joe Pitt) lead the cast through this story of life and love amidst the AIDS crisis in mid-1980s America.
