Warwick Evans is a British stage actor best known for his role as the original Narrator of West End cult classic Blood Brothers (1983), a role which he has reprised a number of times throughout its successful run in the West End and on tour.

Warwick’s stage credits include roles in Julius Caesar (1971), The Tempest (1980), and The Caretaker (1984), as well as in musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar (1984), as Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Show (1999) and as the title role in a production of Phantom of the Opera (2000). He has also portrayed Scrooge in A Christmas Carol (2009, 2010, 2011).

On television he has appeared in Casualty (2004), Holby City (2006), Ashes to Ashes (2009) and Walking the Dead (2009).
