Sean Foley is a British theatre director, writer and comedian best known as part of The Right Size duo in the Morcambe and Wise inspired production The Play What I Wrote (2001).

Notable productions that Sean has directed include What the Butler Saw, The Painkiller at Belfast’s Lyric Theatre, and The Ladykillers, for which he was nominated for Best Director at the Olivier Awards in 2012.

Notable productions that Sean has directed include What the Butler Saw, The Painkiller at Belfast’s Lyric Theatre, and The Ladykillers, for which he was nominated for Best Director at the Olivier Awards in 2012.

In addition to directing the stage, Sean has appeared in a number of productions himself including as Sigmund Freud in Hysteria at Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Derek in Bewilderness at Hammersmith Lyric and Roy in Ducktastic at the Albery Theatre under direction from Kenneth Branagh.
