Actor Nari Blair-Mangat trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, where he played Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2006), the title role in Othello (2007), and Monsieur Maillard in A Guest for Dinner (2008), among other parts. Nari Blair-Mangat Overview

Actor Nari Blair-Mangat trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, where he played Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2006), the title role in Othello (2007), and Monsieur Maillard in A Guest for Dinner (2008), among other parts. Whilst still in training, in 2006 he made his professional debut at the Young Vic, performing in Amaedee.

Upon graduating in 2008, Blair-Mangat’s first role was in Jamie Lloyd’s production of Piaf, performing at the Vaudeville Theatre. In 2009 he appeared in The Old Vic’s 24 hour plays, starting a relationship that has seen him subsequently appear in Old Vic New Voices Ignite’s An Arrangement in 2011, and as Roderigo in Lloyd’s The Duchess of Malfi on the main stage in 2012. Meanwhile, other work includes in Britain’s Got Bhangra (2009), touring with a Classical and Contemporary Poetry event, and performing in Ella Hickson’s Sum Zero at the Lyric, playing the part of David. His screen debut was made as Anton in the film Terry in 2011.
