Lynette Clarke made her professional debut in Talking With Angels, back in 2002. Lynette Clarke Overview

Lynette Clarke made her professional debut in Talking With Angels, back in 2002. This same year she performed at Leicester Haymarket Theatre, before moving to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre in 2003 and then on to Cardiff Sherman Theatre the following year. 2005 saw her return to Pitlochry as Calpurnia in To Kill A Mocking Bird. In 2006 she worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company in Dominic Cooke’s production of The Crucible, playing the part of Tituba. Along with smaller scale performances, in 2007 she played Bacchant in the National Theatre of Scotland’s production of The Bacchae. With a role Shirley in ITV’s Harley Street, she then went on in 2008 to perform in Elephants in Nairobi at Cambridge Festival Theatre, in the panto Dick Whittington at Cheltenham Everyman Theatre, and in City of One with Myrtle Theatre Company Bristol. In 2009 she appeared in Stand By Your Van and Re-Design, both of which were performed at Cambridge’s Menagerie Theatre. In 2012, she joined Horrible Histories on tour through the UK with Birmingham Stage Company, as well as appearing in the television show Topboy as Susan Campbell.
