Lyn Paul

Lyn Paul Overview

Lyn Paul came to fame as a member of the international chart-topping pop group 'The New Seekers' in the early 1970s. She has more recently found success and critical acclaim starring in the long running West End musical, Blood Brothers.

In 2001, she gained the part of Mrs Johnstone in Bill Kenwright’s production of Blood Brothers, returning to the role intermittently, at the Phoenix Theatre in the West End in 2002, between 2004 and 2005, in 2009, and then on its UK Tour in 2010. Whilst not doing that, she performed as Josie in Taboo (2002), in a musical workshop of Moonshadow (2005), in Footloose (2007), and as Sophie in Rhinestone Mondays on its UK Tour.

Television work includes as Amanda in the BBC’s In Deep (2001), as Pam Howard in Doctors (2001), as Freda Danby in Emmerdale (2003 and 2005), and as Anita Powell in Holby City (2006).
