Joe Tracini Overview

In 2007 Joe completed a national diploma in performing arts at Italia Conti Academy of Arts in London. Joe was spotted very early on as a gifted actor, singer and performer and very quickly landed himself two television roles;  the first, My Spy Family, a sitcom for Cartoon Network’s sister channel Boomerang, where he played one of the lead’s ‘Spike’. All four series have been a hit in many countries around the world.  The second was Coming Of Age for BBC3, in which Joe again played one of the lead roles of ‘DK’, for three hugely successful series. He then went on to appear in a number of other programmes, including BBC2's 'The Great Outdoors’, before joining the cast of ‘Hollyoaks’ in August 2012 in the role of ‘Dennis Savage’. In his time at Hollyoaks, he was nominated for 3 inside soap awards and a British soap award. He left the show in November 2014.

Further TV credits include ‘The Inn Mates’ (BBC3), ‘Two Pints of Lager & A Packet Of Crisps’ (BBC3), ‘Bewitched’ (Sony Pictures) & the feature film ‘Kill Keith’.

As well as being a very accomplished actor, Joe is also a talented magician, having taken an interest in magic at the tender age of two.  Back in 2003, he received the title of ‘British Junior Magical Champion’ which he won at the Blackpool Opera House in front of 3,000 international magicians. At the same time he also won the title of ‘Most Promising Comedy Act of 2003’, chosen and presented by the legendary Ken Dodd, as well as coming third in the magic circle’s prestigious ‘Young Magician Of The Year’ competition. Joe was delighted to become a member of The Magic Circle.
