Harry Hadden-Paton Overview

Harry Hadden-Paton is a London-born stage and screen actor who trained at LAMDA after graduating from Durham University.

On the stage Harry has performed in a wide range of productions. He received a commendation at the Ian Charlson Awards for his portrayal of John Worthing in the 2007/2008 run of The Importance of Being Earnest at the Vaudeville Theatre and Bath Theatre Royal. He was part of the original cast of Posh at the Royal Court Theatre in 2010 and also appeared in the 2011 production of Flarepath as Teddy at the Haymarket Theatre Royal. In 2012 under direction from Jamie Lloyd Harry undertook the role of Marlow in Oliver Goldsmith’s comedy She Stoops to Conquer at the National Theatre.

His feature film debut came in the roles of Doug Davis in La Vie en Rose (2007) and has since played Jackie Jackson in the romantic drama The Deep Blue Sea (2011), Barry in the comedy Having You (2013) and Rupert in sci-fi comedy About Time (2013).

His television credits include Midsomer Murders (2012), Sir Henry Green in Richard II; part one of the acclaimed BBC The Hollow Crown (2012) mini-series and in the third series of drama Silk (2013).
