Grimethorpe Colliery Band
Grimethorpe Colliery Band Overview
The Grimethorpe Colliery Band is probably the world's most famous colliery band with an international reputation for excellence on both the concert and contest stage. Featured on film, TV and radio, it has a UK Tour in late 2012. With conductor Garry Cutt, associate conductor and arranger Sandy Smith, cornet players Andrew Bannister (soprano), Roger Webster (principal), Greg Timmins and Daniel Robson (both solo cornet), their concert will be one to remember.
