Gabrielle Brooks

Gabrielle Brooks studied acting at the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts. In 2010, she took the role of Maggie in A Chorus Line, the stage part of Joy in The Trick Is To Keep Breathing, and in 2011 featured in a comedy, a commercial and a DVD, as well as gaining a part in Avenue Q, with which she has toured the UK between 2011 and 2012.

Gabrielle Brooks Overview

Gabrielle Brooks studied acting at the Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts between 2008 and 2011, but started her professional career back in 1998 with a part in the musical Whistle Down the Wind with The Really Useful Theatre Company. In 2001 she got a part in the BBC television children’s drama Grange Hill before returning to The Really Useful Theatre Company in 2003 in their musical production of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. In 2004, she gained a part as a choir member in the film Notes On A Scandal and in 2006 was filmed in the BBC’s Coming Down The Mountain. She has performed in a variety of musicals, appearing several times with Islington Youth and as Gabriella in a stage version of High School Musical.
