Anthony Ward is a British set and costume designer who has designed many of the most high-profile and successful plays and musicals of the last few years. Plays include Royal Court’s Posh (Royal Court and Duke of York’s), Enron (which performed at the Chichester Festival Theatre, in the West End and on Broadway), Hedda Gabler (Bath Theatre Royal), A Doll’s House (Donmar), Mary Stuart (Donmar, West End and Broadway) and Breakfast at Tiffany’s (Haymarket). He has also designed Oliver!, performing at Theatre Royal Drury Lane and at the London Palladium. He was awarded the 1996 Laurence Olivier Award for Best Costume Design for A Midsummer's Night Dream at the Barbican Theatre, and the 1999 Laurence Olivier Award for Best Set Design for Oklahoma! .
